Terms & Conditions
Introduction
Welcome to Charlotte Sutton Studio. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (www.charlottesutton.com) and the purchase of original artworks, limited edition prints, and other artistic products sold through our site. By using this website, you agree to comply with these terms.
Artist & Business Information
Charlotte Sutton Studio is operated by Charlotte Sutton, an independent artist creating original artworks inspired by nature and conservation. My studio is based in Wandsworth, London. For any inquiries, you can contact us at char@charlottesutton.com.
Orders & Payments
All artworks are subject to availability.
Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely via direct debit, paypal, stripe or square.
Full payment must be received before an order is dispatched.
Returns & Delivery Policy
Each artwork by Charlotte Sutton is created with care and attention to detail. Please review the policies below regarding returns, refunds, and delivery.
I only accept returns if an item arrives damaged in transit, and I must be notified within 4 days of delivery.
Eligible for Return:
Damaged Items: If your artwork arrives damaged, email me at [your email address] within 4 days of receiving your order. Include clear photographs of the damage and the packaging.
Approved Returns: If a return is approved due to damage, I will provide instructions for returning the item. Refunds or replacements will be offered at my discretion.
NOT Eligible for Return?
Printed-to-Order Prints: All prints are made to order and cannot be returned unless damaged in transit.
Original Paintings: Due to the careful packaging and logistics involved, I do not accept returns on original artworks unless they arrive damaged.
Commissions: Custom commissions are non-returnable unless damaged in transit. You will receive detailed photos and videos before shipping to approve the final piece, so no changes can be made once the artwork has been dispatched.
Change of Mind: I do not accept returns or refunds for a change of mind.
Refunds Process
If a return is approved, I will process your refund within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on my part.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, and I recommend using a tracked and insured service.
Colour & Appearance Disclaimer
Please note that colours may appear slightly different on screen than in real life due to variations in screen calibration. I strive to provide accurate representations of each artwork, but minor differences may occur.
Delivery Policy
Each artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.
Processing & Shipping Timeframes
Orders will be processed and dispatched within 5-7 business days unless otherwise stated (e.g., for commissions or pre-orders).
I will endeavour for packages to be delivered between 1 and 21 days, depending on the destination.
Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond my control (e.g., customs, courier disruptions).
Customs & Import Duties
International buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes applicable in their country.
For any questions regarding your order, please contact me at char@charlottesutton.com.
