I have always been a creative soul with a vivid imagination. As a child, I played with fairies in flower bushes, stitched stories into fabric, and lost myself in the world of drawing. Art was instinctive to me, yet when I expressed my desire to pursue it, I was repeatedly told I lacked talent.

Teachers dismissed my ambition, urging me to give up before I had even begun. But something inside me refused to listen. At seventeen, I left the conventional education path to study art full-time. For the first time, I found encouragement, a space to explore, and teachers who saw potential in my work. My curiosity led me across mediums—from film photography to sculpture to painting—each one deepening my understanding of form, texture, and storytelling. Eventually, I landed at Central Saint Martins, where I hoped to find my artistic voice. Instead, I struggled. The city, the criticism, and a series of difficult circumstances left me questioning everything. By the time I graduated, I swore I would never paint again.

Life, however, had other plans. A waitressing job in a gallery reignited my love for art. A season on a flower farm immersed me in nature’s beauty. Travels across Southeast Asia, Bali, and beyond expanded my perspective. But it was hardship—multiple surgeries, recovery, and time spent in stillness—that brought me back to the canvas. Painting became my way of processing, of healing. Flowers, birds, and the animals I admired reminded me of the beauty in resilience.

With no professors to critique me, I focused on perfecting my technique. Slowly, commissions came in. A competition recognition, a London solo show, and the sale of my first major collection restored my confidence. Success ebbed and flowed—some exhibitions thrived, others faltered—but through it all, I learned. I took breaks, worked with flowers again, and rediscovered my passion on my own terms.

Today, I create because it is the purest expression of who I am. I paint to understand—to explore the curve of muscle beneath an animal’s skin, the way light dances on fur, the elegance of movement. I want my work to capture these fleeting moments, to bring people closer to the creatures that inspire awe and admiration.

My mission is to fill homes with meaningful, timeless artwork. To build a community of collectors who share a love for wildlife. To create paintings that stir emotions—joy, nostalgia, reverence—and perhaps even inspire action. I believe that surrounding ourselves with the animals we admire fosters a deeper connection to the natural world, a connection that can lead to protection, preservation, and care. Through my work, I aim to not only bring beauty into people’s lives but to contribute to a larger purpose—one that honours and safeguards the creatures that have always inspired me.
